Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Eizer

The drive from Brussels Airport to Eizer

Eizer lies 20 km (13 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive typically takes about 27 minutes. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other. Your driver takes the most suitable road for the traffic on the day, so you do not need to plan the route yourself.

The Brussels ring road and the main roads around the airport can get busy during weekday morning and late afternoon rush hours. If you have a tight connection or an appointment shortly after landing, allow some extra time on top of the usual 27 minutes. Bad weather can also slow things down, especially in winter.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle you need depends mainly on how many people are travelling and how much luggage you bring:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) suits solo travellers, couples and small families with standard luggage.
• Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) gives a little more room for a group of four.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats fits larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 and 48 Seats cover bigger parties such as business groups, wedding guests, club trips or school groups, with seating for up to 48 passengers.

If you travel with bulky items such as sports equipment, prams or several large suitcases, it is worth choosing the next size up so everyone rides comfortably.

About Eizer

Eizer is a small place in the Flemish Brabant countryside, in the Overijse area southeast of Brussels. It is a quiet, mostly residential setting rather than a major tourist destination, so a private transfer is a practical way to get there directly from the airport without relying on local connections. Please have the full street address or a pin location ready when you book, so the driver can take you to the exact door.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage.
