Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Eikevliet

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Eikevliet

The transfer covers 36 km (22 miles) and normally takes about 29 minutes. Most of the journey is on motorway, and the Brussels ring road is the usual source of delays. Morning and late-afternoon rush hours can add noticeable time, so allow a buffer if you are heading to the airport for a departure. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other, so it is best to arrange it ahead of your trip.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Couples, solo travellers and small families usually fit in a Private Taxi, which is offered for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. If you travel with several large suitcases, pick the larger of the two. For bigger parties, a Private Minibus with 8 seats works well for extended families or friends travelling together.

Groups attending a wedding, a conference or a company event can choose minibuses with 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats, so everyone arrives together in one vehicle. When in doubt, count luggage as well as people and pick the next size up.
