Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Courcelles

The drive from Brussels Airport to Courcelles

The route covers 68 km (42 miles) and typically takes about 49 minutes. You leave Zaventem, pass the Brussels ring road and continue south towards the Charleroi area in Hainaut. This route is booked only occasionally, but a private transfer saves you from planning connections with luggage after a flight. Allow extra time during the weekday morning and late afternoon rush, when the Brussels ring is at its busiest.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage. Head there after baggage reclaim and look for your name.

Choosing the right vehicle

For small parties, a private taxi is available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. The 4-passenger version gives more room for suitcases. Larger groups can choose a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. Families with several bags, work teams and tour parties can all travel together in one vehicle. Pick the size by passenger count and luggage, not only by seats.

About Courcelles

Courcelles is a municipality in the province of Hainaut, in French-speaking Wallonia, close to Charleroi. It is a mainly residential and local-services area rather than a major tourist destination. Have the exact street address ready when you book so the driver can take you directly to the door.

Planning your arrival

If you land late or after a long trip, a fixed-route private transfer is a simple way to reach Courcelles without changing vehicles. Travelling with children or heavy luggage is another good reason to avoid public transport. Add the street name and a phone number to your booking so the driver can contact you if your arrival changes.
