Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Condo Gardens Brussels

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House inside Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can head there straight from the baggage hall.

The Drive from BRU to Condo Gardens Brussels

The route covers 11 km (7 miles) and typically takes around 23 minutes. That makes it a short, uncomplicated ride from the airport into the Brussels area, with little to organise beyond getting your bags into the vehicle.

Brussels traffic varies a lot over the day. On weekday mornings and late afternoons the ring roads and main approach roads into the city can slow down, and bad weather has a similar effect. If you have a tight connection or an appointment shortly after landing, it is sensible to add a buffer to the usual driving time.

This route is booked less often than some of our busier airport transfers, but it is available on request in the same way as any other. A private transfer means a direct ride to your door, without changing vehicles or following a timetable.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle you need depends mainly on group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, small families and colleagues travelling together.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 to 24 Seats: works for mid-sized groups, team trips and small events.
• Private Minibus 32 to 64 Seats: intended for large parties such as conference delegations, tour groups and school or club trips, with options in steps of 8 seats up to 64.

If you are close to a size limit, or carrying bulky items such as sports equipment or several large suitcases, choosing the next size up gives everyone more space.
