Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Cardo Brussels, Autograph Collection

The drive from Zaventem to the hotel

The route covers 15 km (10 miles) and typically takes around 21 minutes. This is an occasionally booked route, so your driver will have your details ready in advance. The road from the airport into central Brussels can slow down during the morning and late-afternoon rush hours, and roadworks or events in the city can add delays. If you have an early meeting or a tight check-in, allow a little extra time.

Choosing the right vehicle

For solo travellers, couples and small families, a private taxi for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers is the simplest option. Larger parties can choose a private minibus with 8 or 16 seats. For conference delegations, wedding guests or tour groups, minibuses are available with 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 or 64 seats. Pick the size that leaves room for everyone's luggage as well as the passengers themselves.

Meeting point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. It is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there without searching the terminal.

About Cardo Brussels, Autograph Collection

Cardo Brussels is a hotel in the Belgian capital and part of the Autograph Collection, a group of independently minded hotels within the Marriott family. Because it is in the city rather than near the airport, a direct transfer saves you from planning connections with luggage after a flight. Your driver takes you to the hotel entrance, so you can check in as soon as you arrive.
