Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Busch

The drive from Brussels Airport to Busch

The route covers 127 km (79 miles) and typically takes 1 h 22 m by road. That is a fair distance for a transfer, so it helps to build in some buffer. Brussels is known for heavy traffic around the ring road during the morning and late-afternoon rush hours, and roadworks or bad weather can add to the journey. If you have a connecting appointment or a check-in time in Busch, plan a little more time than the standard estimate.

Busch is not one of our most frequently booked destinations. The transfer is available on request, just like any other route, and is arranged as a private ride from the airport to your address.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle should match your group size and luggage, especially on a drive of over an hour.

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, families and small groups with normal luggage. Choose the 1-4 option if you are four people.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or groups with extra suitcases.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 Seats: intended for tour groups, teams, wedding parties and company events travelling together in one vehicle.

If you are unsure, pick the larger size. A long ride is more comfortable with room for bags and legs.

About Busch as a destination

Busch is a small destination rather than a major transport hub, which makes a door-to-door private transfer a practical way to arrive. Please give your exact address or the name of your accommodation when booking, so the driver can plan the final part of the route correctly.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits for you at Java Coffee House inside Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU), holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there once you leave the baggage hall.
