Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Zaventem

The short drive from BRU to Zaventem

Zaventem lies right next to the airport. The transfer covers just 3 km (2 miles) and typically takes around 8 minutes. Over such a short distance the journey is quick, but it is still worth planning ahead. Rush hours around Brussels can slow local traffic, so allow a little extra time if you have a business meeting, a hotel check-in slot or a connecting appointment. This route is booked less often than others, but it is available on request like every other transfer.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle you need depends on your group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, families and small business groups.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or colleagues travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: practical for teams, tour parties and event guests.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: intended for big groups, conference delegations or coach-sized parties who want to arrive together.

If your group is close to a vehicle's limit, choose the next size up so everyone has room for their luggage.
