The drive from the airport to Brussels Royotel

The transfer from Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Brussels Royotel covers 11 km (7 miles), and the typical driving time is 24 minutes. The route runs from the airport towards the city centre, and the busiest stretches are usually the approaches to the Brussels ring road. On weekday mornings and late afternoons traffic can slow things down, so allow some extra time if you have a fixed check-in, a meeting or an onward connection. This route is booked less often than some others, but it is available on request just like any other.

Which vehicle suits your group

For solo travellers, couples and small families, a private taxi is the simplest choice, with options for up to 3 or up to 4 passengers. If you travel with several suitcases or a slightly larger party, the 8-seat minibus gives you more room. Bigger groups, such as business delegations, school trips, sports teams or wedding guests, can choose a minibus with 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 or 64 seats, so everyone arrives together in one vehicle. Pick the size according to both the number of people and the amount of luggage.

Meeting point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can go there directly once you leave the baggage hall.
