Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Broekom

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can walk over without searching the terminal.

The Drive from BRU to Broekom

Broekom lies 83 km (52 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the trip typically takes about 56 minutes by road. That is a comfortable journey in a private vehicle, with no timetable to match and no luggage to carry between stations. Because the route is booked less often than the airport's busiest ones, it is arranged on request, so it is best to book ahead rather than on arrival.

Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush hours, when the roads around Brussels tend to be busier. Bad weather can also add to the journey. If you have a fixed appointment in Broekom, plan a buffer instead of relying on the typical driving time alone.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle you pick depends on how many people are travelling and how much luggage you bring:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits individual travellers, couples, families and small groups.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good choice for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16, 24 or 32 Seats: for company teams, wedding parties and other mid-sized groups.
• Private Minibus 40 or 48 Seats: for large groups such as tour parties, delegations or event guests who want to arrive together.

If you are close to the upper limit of a vehicle's capacity, consider the next size up so that everyone has room for their luggage.
