Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Bressoux

The drive from Zaventem to Bressoux

The transfer covers 99 km (62 miles) and typically takes 1 h 7 m. The route runs east from the airport towards Liège, and Bressoux lies on the edge of the city. Morning and late-afternoon rush hours around Brussels, as well as the approach to Liège, can slow the journey. If you have a train, a meeting or an appointment to catch, allow some extra time. This route is not booked as often as the big city transfers, but it is available on request like any other.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can meet up without searching the terminal.

Choosing the right vehicle

Pick the vehicle by group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, families and small business groups.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or friends travelling with extra luggage.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: for mid-sized groups, teams and event parties.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: for large delegations, tour groups and organised trips arriving together.

If you are close to the upper limit of a vehicle and carry bulky bags, it is safer to book the next size up.

Bressoux and where to stay nearby

Bressoux is a district on the right bank of the Meuse, in the city of Liège. It is mainly residential and lies close to the city centre, which makes it practical for visiting family or friends, or for reaching Liège itself. Travellers to the area often stay in central Liège, where the choice of accommodation is wider. Two well-known hotels there are the Radisson Blu Hotel Liège and the Van der Valk Hotel Liège Congrès. Both are reachable by road from Bressoux in a short ride. Give your driver the exact address when you book, so the drop-off is at the right door in this part of Liège.
