Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Bost

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can go there straight from the baggage hall.

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Bost

Bost lies 43 km (27 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport. Under normal conditions the journey by road takes about 30 minutes. Traffic around Brussels can change that quickly. Morning and late-afternoon rush hours on the motorways near the capital are the usual cause of delays. If you have a fixed appointment, a train to catch or an event to reach, add a buffer to the estimate above.

Bost is not a route that many travellers book, so it is arranged on request like any other transfer. A private car takes you from the arrivals area to your exact address. You do not have to plan connections or carry luggage between stations.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle depends mostly on how many people are travelling and how much luggage they have:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, small families and business trips. Choose the 1-3 option if you have a lot of luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or a small group with suitcases.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: for mid-sized groups, such as wedding parties, team trips or company visits.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: for large groups, event delegations and coach-style transfers that need to travel together.

If your group is close to a size limit, pick the next vehicle up. Extra space helps with bags and makes the ride more comfortable.

About Bost as a Destination

Bost is a small place in Belgium and not a major tourist centre, so most visitors come here to see family and friends, for local events, or for business. Because the area is quiet, it helps to have the full street address and, if possible, a phone number for your host at the time of booking. That way the driver can take you directly to the right door, even if the address is hard to find on a map.
