Most of the journey is on motorway, heading south from the airport and around Brussels before you reach the quieter roads of Walloon Brabant. Bois-Seigneur-Isaac is a small village in Walloon Brabant, part of the municipality of Braine-l'Alleud. It is best known for its Sanctuary of the Holy Blood, a long-standing pilgrimage site, and for the surrounding countryside of fields and quiet lanes. It is a peaceful place rather than a busy tourist centre, which makes it a calm arrival after a flight. Give your driver the full street address when booking, as small village roads can be hard to find without one.
