Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Boekhout

The drive from Brussels Airport to Boekhout

The route covers 70 km (44 miles) and typically takes about 48 minutes. That is the normal driving time in reasonable traffic. Belgian motorways around Brussels can slow down considerably during the morning and late-afternoon rush hours, and rain or roadworks can add further delays. If you have a fixed appointment, a connecting journey or an early check-in time, plan some extra margin rather than counting on the minimum.

This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. Your driver takes you directly from the airport to your address, so there is no need to plan connections or carry luggage between stations.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle depends mainly on group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) or Private Taxi (1-4 passengers): suited to individual travellers, couples, small families and business trips. Choose the larger car if you carry a lot of luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good option for a group of friends or a family with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 Seats and 24 Seats: practical for wedding parties, sports teams or company groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: for large groups, events and organised tours that need to travel together in a single vehicle.

When you book, give the exact number of passengers and the number of large suitcases so the right vehicle is assigned.

About Boekhout

Boekhout is a small place in Belgium rather than a major tourist hub, which is exactly why a private transfer makes sense. Public connections to smaller locations like this tend to be slow and involve several changes. A driver who takes you straight to the door is simpler, especially after a long flight or with heavy luggage. Please provide the full address when booking so the driver can navigate directly to it.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The location is easy to find after you have collected your luggage. Just head there and look for the sign with your name on it.
