Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Bocholt

The drive from Zaventem to Bocholt

Bocholt lies 110 km (69 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive typically takes 1 h 19 m. It is an occasionally booked route, so your driver is booked specifically for your arrival and is not part of a shared run. The journey leads you out of the Brussels region and across Flanders towards the Dutch border in the province of Limburg. Traffic around Brussels and on the main routes towards Limburg can slow things down at weekday rush hours, so allow some extra time if you have a fixed appointment or a connection on the other end.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle you need depends on group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suited to solo travellers, couples, small families and business trips.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good choice for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: for team outings, sports clubs and mid-sized groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: for large parties, events and organised group travel.

If you are close to a vehicle's passenger limit and carry a lot of luggage, choose the next size up for more space.

About Bocholt

Bocholt is a municipality in the Belgian province of Limburg, close to the Dutch border. It sits in the Kempen region, an area of flat landscape, woodland and heathland that is popular for cycling and walking. The Bocholt-Herentals canal runs through the area. It is a quiet, rural destination, so a private transfer is often the simplest way to arrive from the airport with your luggage.
