Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Blauberg

The drive from Brussels Airport to Blauberg

The route covers 55 km (34 miles) and typically takes about 46 minutes by road. That is a comfortable transfer after a flight, and a private car takes you from the terminal to your door without changes or timetables to follow. Belgian motorways around Brussels are among the busiest in the country, so allow extra time during the weekday morning and late-afternoon rush hours. Bad weather and roadworks can also add some minutes, particularly on the ring roads near the capital.

Choosing the right vehicle

Smaller parties are well served by a private taxi. There are options for up to 3 or up to 4 passengers, and the larger one is the better pick if you are travelling with a family and several suitcases.

• Private Minibus 8 Seats: small groups, or families with extra luggage.
• Private Minibus 16 Seats: friends travelling together, wedding parties and small teams.
• Private Minibus 24 and 32 Seats: larger groups, clubs and company outings.
• Private Minibus 40 and 48 Seats: big delegations and organised tours that want to arrive together in one vehicle.

Blauberg is a less frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request like any other route. Count both people and bags when choosing, because the number of seats is not the same as the luggage space.

About Blauberg

Blauberg is a small place in Belgium, and it is not one of the destinations most visitors search for. Because there may be similarly named locations, please give the exact address of your accommodation or meeting place when you book. This lets the driver plan the final stretch of the route properly, especially if your destination is on a smaller local road.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in the arrivals area of Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can head straight there once you leave the baggage hall.
