Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Binderveld

The drive from Brussels Airport to Binderveld

Binderveld lies 63 km (39 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport. The drive typically takes about 52 minutes. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. Your driver takes you door to door, so there are no transfers or luggage changes along the way. Traffic around Brussels and on the main motorways can slow things down at rush hour, so allow some extra time if you have a fixed appointment, a check-in or a connection at the other end.

Choosing the right vehicle

Smaller groups are well served by a private taxi. There is one option for 1-3 passengers and one for 1-4 passengers, which is useful if you travel with a few larger suitcases. For bigger parties, private minibuses are available with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. They suit family gatherings, wedding guests, sports teams, company groups and tour parties. Choose a vehicle by the number of people and the amount of luggage, and pick the next size up if you are close to the limit.

About Binderveld

Binderveld is a small place in the Belgian province of Limburg, in a quiet, mostly rural setting. Travellers usually come here to visit family or friends, for local events, or to stay somewhere calmer than the capital. Since the village is small, it helps to have the exact street address ready for your driver. A door-to-door transfer saves you from working out local connections on arrival.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage. Head there after baggage reclaim and look for your name on the sign.
