Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Bierghes

The drive from Zaventem to Bierghes

Bierghes lies 50 km (32 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport. The typical driving time is 37 minutes. The route leaves the airport area and heads across the Brussels region towards the south-west, finishing on smaller local roads. Bierghes is a less frequently booked destination, but transfers are available on request just like on any other route. Allow extra time on weekday mornings and late afternoons, when traffic around Brussels is heaviest, and in bad weather.

Choosing the right vehicle

Smaller groups are well served by a private taxi, with options for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. The 1-4 option leaves more room for a family with suitcases. Larger parties can book a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats, which keeps everyone together on one vehicle. This suits wedding guests, business delegations and extended family gatherings. If you are travelling with a lot of luggage, choose the next size up so nobody has to squeeze in.

About Bierghes

Bierghes is a small village in the municipality of Rebecq, in the province of Walloon Brabant. The surroundings are rural, with fields and quiet country roads, a world away from the bustle of the airport. Because the village is small, it is worth having the exact street address ready when you book so the driver can take you to the door.
