Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Best

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House at Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there once you have your bags.

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Best

Best lies 133 km (83 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive normally takes around 1 h 27 m. The route leaves Belgium and continues into the Dutch province of North Brabant. Because it crosses two busy regions, it is worth allowing some extra time if your journey falls in the morning or late-afternoon rush hour, or if you have a tight appointment at the other end. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other, and a private transfer means a single ride from the arrivals area to your address with no changes.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle should match your group and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, families and small business groups.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for a larger family or colleagues travelling together with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: for team trips, wedding parties and mid-sized tour groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: for conference delegations, school trips and coach-style group travel.

If you are unsure how much luggage will fit, choose the next size up.

Best and Where to Stay Nearby

Best is a municipality in North Brabant, right next to Eindhoven. That makes it a practical base for visitors to the Eindhoven region, and many travellers stay in the larger city next door. I am not confident enough to name specific long-established hotels in Best itself, so here are two well-known ones in the nearest major town, Eindhoven:

• Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne, a well-known hotel in the city centre.
• Mercure Hotel Eindhoven, a familiar international-brand option in Eindhoven.

Give your driver the exact address when you book, whether it is a hotel, a business or a private home, so the transfer ends at your door.
