Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Bernistap

The drive from Brussels Airport to Bernistap

The route covers 168 km (105 miles), and the typical driving time is 1 h 50 m. That is a fair distance for a transfer, so it is worth planning the trip with some margin. Morning and late-afternoon traffic around Brussels can slow the first part of the journey, and bad weather can add time on the motorways. If you have a connection, an appointment or a check-in time at the other end, allow extra time beyond the standard estimate.

This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. Your driver takes you directly from the airport to your address, with no changes and no waiting for a timetable.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle depends mainly on how many people and how much luggage you have:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, families and small groups. Choose the larger one if you have bulky bags.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats and 16 Seats: a good fit for bigger families, business teams or friends travelling together with plenty of luggage.
• Private Minibus 24, 32, 40 and 48 Seats: intended for tour groups, school parties, wedding guests and corporate events that need to arrive together.

On a trip of nearly two hours, extra legroom and luggage space make a real difference, so choose a size up if you are unsure.
