Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Beek

The Drive from Brussels Zaventem to Beek

The route covers 110 km (69 miles) and usually takes about 1 h 18 m by road. That makes it a comfortable transfer of a little over an hour, with no need to coordinate train times or carry luggage between connections. Beek is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but it is available on request just like any other route.

Allow some extra time if you travel on weekday mornings or late afternoons, when traffic around Brussels is at its heaviest. Bad weather in winter can also slow the journey. If you have a tight onward commitment, such as a business meeting or a event start, it is wise to plan a buffer on top of the typical driving time.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

For small groups, a private taxi is available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, which suits couples, families and colleagues travelling with standard luggage. Larger parties can choose a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. This covers everything from a group of friends to a wedding party, a sports team or a full coach-sized delegation. When booking, count every passenger and consider bulky items like sports equipment or several large suitcases, so you pick a vehicle with enough room.

About Beek as a Destination

Beek is a small place, and the surroundings are generally quiet and more rural than Brussels. Because of this, it helps to have the exact street address or the name of your accommodation or venue ready when you book, so the driver can take you to the right door without detours. Small places often have narrow streets, so tell the driver in advance if you have mobility needs or a lot of luggage.
