Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Beau Sejour Appart, Brussels

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you collect your luggage, so you can head straight there once you have cleared the baggage hall.

The Drive to Beau Sejour Appart, Brussels

The route covers 20 km (13 miles) and usually takes about 24 minutes. That makes it a short, uncomplicated ride, well suited to arriving after a long flight or leaving for an early departure. Like most airport runs into Brussels, the road can be slower at the usual morning and late-afternoon rush hours. If you have a tight connection or an appointment soon after landing, build in a little extra time.

This route is booked less often than some others, but it is available on request just like any other transfer. Please give the exact address of the apartment when you book, so the driver can plan the final approach and drop you at the right door.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle should match the size of your group and the amount of luggage you carry.

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, small families and colleagues travelling together.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a comfortable option for larger families or friends with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 to 24 Seats: works for mid-sized groups, team trips and events.
• Private Minibus 32 to 64 Seats: for large delegations, school groups and tour parties that want to arrive together.

If you are close to the upper limit of a vehicle, choose the next size up so everyone has room for their luggage.

• Hotel Amigo: a long-standing hotel right beside the Grand-Place.
