Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to B-aparthotel Regent, Brussels

The Drive from BRU to B-aparthotel Regent

The road from Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to B-aparthotel Regent covers 14 km (9 miles), and the drive typically takes about 20 minutes. Weekday morning and late-afternoon traffic on the approach to the city centre can slow things down, so allow some extra time if you have a meeting or a tight schedule after landing. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. A private transfer takes you from the terminal to the hotel without changes or waiting around with your bags.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

For solo travellers, couples and small families, a private taxi is the simplest choice. It is available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, so pick the larger one if you are travelling with several suitcases. Groups of up to 8 can use the 8-seat minibus. For conferences, tour groups, school trips or wedding parties, larger minibuses are available with 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 or 64 seats. Choose the size that matches your whole group so everyone arrives together.

Places to Stay in Brussels

B-aparthotel Regent is an apartment-style hotel in central Brussels, a format that suits longer stays or travellers who want more space than a standard hotel room. If you are comparing options in the city, a few long-established hotels are also worth knowing:

• Hotel Amigo, close to the Grand Place
• Hotel Metropole, a historic hotel on Place de Brouckère
• Le Plaza Brussels, in the city centre near Boulevard Adolphe Max

All are in the centre, so the journey from the airport is similar in length to the one described above.
