Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Aviscourt

The drive from Brussels Airport to Aviscourt

The route covers 136 km (85 miles) and normally takes about 1 h 27 m by road. That is a fair distance, so a private transfer saves you from planning connections with luggage after a flight. Allow extra time during the weekday morning and late afternoon rush around Brussels, and when weather is poor, because the first stretch leaving the Zaventem area is the most likely to slow down. Aviscourt is a less frequently booked destination, so the transfer is arranged on request, and it is best to book ahead rather than at the last minute.

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can meet your driver without searching around the terminal.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle should match the size of your group and the amount of luggage you carry on a trip of this length.

• Private Taxi: for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, suited to individual travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: for groups of up to 8 with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 and 48 Seats: for larger parties such as clubs, corporate groups or wedding guests, from 16 up to 48 passengers.

If you are close to the upper limit of a vehicle and carry large suitcases or sports gear, choosing the next size up gives everyone more room over a drive of almost an hour and a half.

About Aviscourt

Aviscourt is a small place in Belgium, and you should expect a quiet, rural setting rather than a busy town centre. Because small villages can have narrow streets and addresses that are hard to find on a map, it helps to give the exact street name and house number when you book. If you are visiting a private home, a venue or a rented property, keep the host's phone number handy so the driver can reach them on arrival.
