Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Aux Houx

The drive from Brussels Airport to Aux Houx

The route covers 105 km (66 miles) and typically takes 1 h 9 m by road. That is a comfortable single leg with no changes, and no need to work around train timetables or luggage on platforms. Aux Houx is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but it is available on request like any other route, and the driver is arranged for your specific arrival.

The quoted driving time reflects normal conditions. Allow extra time if you travel in the weekday morning or late-afternoon peaks around Brussels, or in poor winter weather, since the first stretch out of the Zaventem area is usually the slowest part of the trip.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle depends mainly on group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suited to solo travellers, couples, small families or colleagues travelling light. Choose the four-passenger option if you have a fourth person or extra bags.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats (1-8 passengers): a good fit for larger families or friends travelling with suitcases.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 Seats: for tour groups, wedding parties, teams and company events, with capacity for up to 48 passengers in a single vehicle.

If you are close to the limit of a vehicle, choose the next size up. Luggage takes space, and a little room makes a 1 h 9 m ride more pleasant.

About Aux Houx

Aux Houx is a small place in Belgium rather than a major town, so there is little point in listing sights that we cannot confirm. What matters for your transfer is precision: when you book, give the full address of your final stop, including street name and number if you have them, so the driver can plan the final kilometres without guesswork. Rural and village addresses can be harder to locate than city ones, and a phone number reachable on arrival is helpful.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The location is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there and meet your driver without searching the terminal.
