Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Atomi Hotel, Brussels

The drive from Zaventem to Atomi Hotel

The route covers 14 km (9 miles) and usually takes around 13 minutes by road. That makes it a short hop, so you can be at the hotel soon after landing. Weekday rush hours around Brussels can slow traffic, so if you have a tight schedule or a meeting soon after arrival, it is sensible to allow some extra time. This route is booked less often than the main city-centre transfers, but it is available on request just like any other.

Meeting point at the airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so there is no need to search the arrivals hall.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle you need depends on group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, small families and colleagues travelling together.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a comfortable choice for a larger family or a group with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16, 24 or 32 Seats: works for delegations, sports teams and mid-sized tour groups.
• Private Minibus 40, 48, 56 or 64 Seats: intended for conferences, coach-style group arrivals and big events, so everyone arrives together.

If your party is close to a vehicle's limit, choose the next size up so luggage fits comfortably.

Staying in Brussels

Atomi Hotel is in Brussels, Belgium's capital and the seat of many European institutions. Little more needs saying about the property itself, so it is best to check your booking confirmation for the exact address and check-in details. If you are comparing places to stay in the city, two long-established names are Hotel Metropole, a historic hotel on Place de Brouckère dating back to the 19th century, and Hotel Amigo, close to the Grand Place. Both sit in the central area and are well known among visitors to Brussels.
