Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Delta

The drive from Zaventem to Delta

The route covers 19 km (12 miles) and usually takes around 19 minutes. You travel from the airport towards the southeast of Brussels, where the Delta area sits. Traffic around the Brussels ring road is heaviest on weekday mornings and late afternoons, so allow extra time if you have a tight connection or an early meeting. Outside rush hour the trip tends to be smooth.

Choosing the right vehicle

For solo travellers, couples and small families, a private taxi is the simplest option, with versions for up to 3 or up to 4 passengers. Groups with more luggage or more people can book a private minibus with 8 seats. Larger parties such as conference delegations, school trips or tour groups can choose minibuses with 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 or 64 seats, so everyone arrives together in one vehicle. Pick the size by passenger count and by how many suitcases you carry.

Meeting point at Brussels Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there and meet your driver without searching.

About Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Delta

Adagio Access is a brand of aparthotels, which means apartment-style accommodation rather than a classic hotel room. Such places usually suit longer stays and business trips, as they offer a bit more space and self-catering options. The Delta area is on the southeastern side of Brussels, away from the busy tourist centre but connected to it by the city's public transport network. Check your booking confirmation for the exact check-in details and reception hours.

A practical tip for arrival

Aparthotels often have reception staffed at set hours rather than around the clock. If your flight lands late, check the check-in arrangements with the property beforehand, so that you can enter your apartment without delay after the 19-minute ride. Keep the booking name and the address at hand to give to your driver.
