Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Airport

The drive from BRU to the aparthotel

The trip covers 5 km (3 miles) and usually takes around 8 minutes, which makes it one of the shorter transfers you can book from Brussels Zaventem Airport. Even so, traffic around the airport can slow down at morning and evening rush hours, so it is sensible to allow a little extra time if you have a fixed check-in or a meeting to reach. This route is booked less often than others, but it is available on request just like any other.

Choosing the right vehicle

For solo travellers, couples and small families, a private taxi is the simplest option, with versions for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. If you travel with more luggage or a slightly larger party, the 8-seat private minibus gives everyone more space. Larger groups such as business delegations, sports teams or tour parties can choose minibuses with 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 or 64 seats, so the whole group arrives together in a single vehicle.

Staying near the airport

Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Airport follows the aparthotel idea, meaning apartment-style accommodation that suits both short stopovers and longer stays. Its location near the airport is convenient for early departures and late arrivals. If you are comparing options in the area, other well-known hotels around the airport include the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel in Zaventem, plus the Holiday Inn Brussels Airport and the Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport, both in neighbouring Diegem.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House at Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can go there straight from baggage reclaim.
