Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Amonines

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Amonines

Amonines lies 127 km (79 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport. The drive typically takes 1 h 31 m. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other transfer. The journey starts on the busy roads around Brussels and continues south-east into the Ardennes, where the roads become quieter and more winding.

Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush around Brussels. In winter, fog or slippery roads in the hillier Ardennes section can also slow the last part of the trip. If you have a tight connection or an appointment on arrival, build in a small buffer.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle should match your group size and luggage. The options are:

• Private Taxi for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, suitable for couples, small families or business travellers.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats for 1-8 passengers, a good fit for larger families or friends travelling with extra luggage.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats for mid-sized groups, such as a family reunion or a group booking a holiday home.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats for large parties, including organised tours, clubs and corporate groups.

For a trip of this length, a vehicle with some spare room is more comfortable, especially if you carry hiking gear or several large cases.

About Amonines

Amonines is a small village in the Belgian Ardennes, part of the municipality of Érezée in the province of Luxembourg. The surroundings are rural, with woodland, rolling hills and quiet lanes, so most visitors come for walking, cycling and a break from city life. Because the area is spread out and has few services, arranging your transfer in advance is practical.

Meeting Point at Brussels Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there after the baggage hall.
