Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Acoz

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House inside Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can head straight there and meet your driver without searching the terminal.

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Acoz

Acoz lies 85 km (53 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the typical driving time is 1 hour. The route leads south from the Brussels area towards the Charleroi region in Wallonia. Because it is a private transfer, you travel door to door without changing vehicles. Acoz is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but it is available on request like any other route. Morning and late-afternoon traffic around Brussels can slow the first part of the journey, so allow some extra time if you have a fixed appointment at the other end.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle depends on your group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, families and small groups.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good choice for larger families or friends travelling with extra luggage.
• Private Minibus 16, 24 and 32 Seats: for company teams, wedding parties and organised groups.
• Private Minibus 40 and 48 Seats: for large delegations and event groups travelling together.

If you are unsure, choose the next size up when you have bulky luggage or sports equipment.

Acoz and Places to Stay Nearby

Acoz is a small village in the municipality of Gerpinnes, south of Charleroi. It is a quiet, mostly residential and rural place, so accommodation in the village itself is limited. For a wider choice of hotels, the nearby city of Charleroi is the practical option, and two well-known names there are the Mercure Charleroi Centre Gare and the Ibis Charleroi Centre Gare. Both are close to the main railway station, and the transfer can drop you at either one. Tell us your exact address when you book, so the driver can take you straight to the right door.
