Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Aalsmeer

The drive from Brussels Airport to Aalsmeer

The route covers 201 km (125 miles) and typically takes 2 h 13 m. It leads north from Zaventem, crosses the Belgian-Dutch border and ends in the flower-growing region south-west of Amsterdam. Aalsmeer is a less frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request like any other. Allow extra time if you travel during weekday rush hours, as the motorways around the big cities can slow down, and a buffer is sensible if you have a connection to catch at the end of the trip.

Which vehicle suits your group

Smaller parties can choose a private taxi: one version for 1-3 passengers and one for 1-4 passengers. Families with a lot of luggage or colleagues travelling together may prefer the 8-seat minibus. For larger groups there are minibuses with 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats, so a whole tour party, a wedding group or a company delegation can travel together in a single vehicle instead of splitting up. A two-hour journey is more comfortable with some spare room, so pick the next size up if your group carries bulky bags.
