Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to 9HOTEL CENTRAL, Brussels

The drive into central Brussels

The route from Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to 9HOTEL CENTRAL covers 14 km (9 miles) and typically takes about 20 minutes. Most of the journey is on the main roads between the airport and the city centre, so the last stretch through the centre is usually the slowest part. Morning and late-afternoon rush hours can add time, so allow a little extra if you have a tight schedule after arrival, such as a meeting or a dinner reservation.

Choosing the right vehicle

For solo travellers, couples and small families, a private taxi is the simplest choice: there are options for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, and the larger one gives more room for luggage. Groups can choose a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 or 64 seats, so the vehicle can match the size of the party. This suits business teams, conference delegates and tour groups all heading to the same hotel. If you are travelling with a lot of bags, pick the next size up rather than filling every seat.

Meeting point at the airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after collecting your luggage, so you can head straight there once you have your bags.
