"The exception to confirm the rule... Then I was waiting for my booked taxi 03.30 AM, the taxi didnt arrive and the driver didnt reply (most probably sleeping...) However, "the dispatcher" replied and saved the morning and the travel arrangement by driving from Charleroi to Waterloo to drop me of at Zaventem.
