"I booked an one way Airport transfer from my hotel at 3:20 am. I received the booking confirmation instantly and the Company texted the driver details 6 hrs prior to my scheduled transfer. Our driver Oussama waited for us in the hotel lobby and we had a smooth transfer to Brussels airport in a BMW 5 series. They are one of the cheapest and the best Company for Airport transfers and I highly recommend them if you need an Airport transfer in Brussels. However, there is no cancellation/modification option at their website. You have to mail them if you need any modifications to your booking. But don't worry as their response is very prompt. On our return, the same driver picked us up at our hotel and sent a text 15 minutes before the pick up time to say that he had arrived. An enjoyable and efficient service."
