"On our return from the city to the Airport the drivel left us to the parking to take the elevator and not in front of the departures entrance. We had to carry the luggages till the elevator. Not so difficult but I do not know if this is the right procedure and I just mention it."

"On the way out to the airport, everything was great: a pleasant and helpful driver sowed up right on time. A week later, on the way back the taxi never showed up at the pre-specified time -regardless of my, same day, SMS confirmation. I was left stranded with my 2 yr old and my 3 yr old kids after a full day of traveling. I'd be curious to see this review show up on your website!"

"Perfect and friendly service. The vehicle (Renault Scenic) was a bit run down and needs to be replaced sooner or later. But in any case good value for money."

"The driver was there on time, and so was I, but was not expecting me so I stood around for 10 minutes next to her until seh made herself known One big problem is that the driver can't accept a credit card. That's finer, but it is something you should inform passengers of first."

"I was extremely pleased with your services on both legs of my journey. Booking was easy and pick-ups were very well coordinated and went very smoothly, both at the airport and at my hotel. Your pricing was fair as well. The cars were very clean, spacious and reliable. You gave me peace of mind when traveling to an unfamiliar city. I would be happy to use your services again if I travel to Brussels. I will also tell my friends and colleagues about your services. Thank you."
