Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Heist-Goor

Meeting Point at Brussels Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The location is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can walk straight there and meet your driver without any searching.

The Drive from Zaventem to Heist-Goor

The journey covers 44 km (28 miles) and typically takes about 40 minutes. Most of the trip is a smooth run out of the airport area and into the province of Antwerp, finishing on quieter local roads. Heist-Goor is a less frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route, so a booking made ahead of your trip is all that is needed.

Allow some extra time if you travel during the weekday morning or late-afternoon rush hours, when the roads around Brussels and Mechelen can slow down. Heavy rain or winter conditions can also add a few minutes, so it is wise not to schedule a tight appointment right after landing.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle you pick depends on the size of your group and how much luggage you carry:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) or (1-4 passengers): suited to solo travellers, couples, and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a comfortable option for larger families or colleagues travelling with several suitcases.
• Private Minibus 16, 24 or 32 Seats: practical for clubs, wedding parties, and business groups.
• Private Minibus 40 or 48 Seats: designed for large groups that want to arrive together in one vehicle.

If you are unsure, choose the next size up when you have bulky luggage such as sports equipment or prams.

About Heist-Goor

Heist-Goor is in the province of Antwerp, in a green, mostly residential part of Flanders. It is a calm destination rather than a tourist hub, so a door-to-door private transfer is often the simplest way to get there from the airport. Keep the exact street address ready for your driver, which helps ensure a quick and accurate drop-off at the end of the ride.
